For refinancing to lower your rate, shorten your term, or get cash out, origination fees are paid only once per property, regardless of how many times you refinance. Appraisal fees are reimbursed up to $750 per transaction. The guarantee and appraisal fee reimbursement do not apply to second lien loans.
