Founding teacher leader responsible for teaching a class of 4 to 8 students ages 5 to 8 or 8 to 11, developing curriculum and lesson materials, tracking student progress, communicating with families, supporting community engagement and school tours, establishing school routines and calendars, maintaining compliance systems, and interviewing and onboarding teaching assistants and substitutes. The ideal candidate has 2 or more years of teaching experience, ideally with a California teaching credential, fluency in a second language, and interest in co-leading the school. This is a full-time, in-person position in San Francisco with a base salary of $80,000 per year and 25% profit sharing when teaching the full year. Holidays follow the school calendar and paid sick days are provided. Healthcare and other benefits are not currently offered.
