Turks' Graduate Program runs for 12 months, with rotations every four to six months through two or three different practice groups depending on location. Graduates experience a wide variety of legal work and develop a comprehensive skill set while learning from experienced lawyers and partners. The program also focuses on emotional intelligence, internal relationships, firm culture, practical application of the law, client expectations, skills and procedures, efficient time recording, commercial outcomes and Turks services. Most graduates will be offered a Lawyer role in one of the practice groups during their rotations.
