Event bookings require a booking inquiry, written agreement, and any required deposits. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date forfeit the deposit, and cancellations within 7 days are not refundable. All event bookings are subject to a separate event services agreement.
