For eligible Fast Track appointments where a representative attends the counter appointment and HM Passport Office processes the application afterwards. Includes secure collection of appointment documents, representative attendance and document handover, status confirmation after the appointment stage, and further delivery support where separately agreed. The new passport is delivered to the customer's home one week later by HM Passport Office.
