2 Baby & Me classes, valid for 15 days and available to new clients only. Suitable for babies up to 10 months old who are not yet crawling. Open to parents and carers. A completed postnatal health form and medical clearance are required before attending. You may join from 8 to 10 weeks after a vaginal birth or 12 weeks after a caesarean, subject to healthcare provider clearance.
