Part-time role assisting lead teachers 1 to 3 days per week and serving as a substitute when needed. Primary responsibilities include focused student support, rotating tutoring and assisting students one-on-one during independent work sessions, and potentially contributing to teaching and curriculum design. The ideal candidate has a genuine love and understanding of children ages 5 to 11, enjoys supporting their learning and growth, can help younger students with basic math, and can play outdoor games at recess. A degree is not required. Compensation is $30 per hour.
