Day care for older people who live in their own home but need support during the day and do not want to be alone. Includes semi-residential care, support for people with and without dementia, respite care, a free trial day, transport service including wheelchair users, medical and nursing care, accompaniment to medical appointments, help with walking, getting up and lying down, support with personal hygiene and nutrition, and activities in groups or individually. Visits are possible on any number of days per week. Open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
