Lead digital design projects from concept through to build and launch, shaping experiences across brands, websites, platforms and products. Translate strategy into experience architecture, interaction models and visual systems, develop scalable design systems, and champion accessibility, performance and usability. Work closely with developers on front-end frameworks, components and build processes, contributing to implementation where appropriate using Webflow, HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks. Own design quality, present work to teams and clients, collaborate with strategy and project leadership, mentor junior designers, and contribute to pitches and proposals. The role requires strong product instincts, an elevated design eye, and a working understanding of code, motion and interaction. London, on-site. Salary £45,000 to £55,000. Senior experience level.
