A customised porcelain filling used to repair larger cavities or severely worn areas where there is not enough tooth structure to support a normal filling. The inlay is bonded to the tooth to protect it and strengthen the structure. The treatment takes place over two appointments. The first appointment includes tooth preparation, impressions and placement of a temporary inlay. The permanent porcelain inlay is bonded to the tooth at the second appointment.
