Manage service delivery at Cakes & Bubbles with a flexible, adaptive and hands-on approach, ensuring consistently high personalised service. Guide the service team, apply knowledge of food, wine and beverages to train and develop staff, contribute to the annual budget, report on performance, revenue and costs, and oversee recruitment, scheduling, payroll and health and safety.
