Candidates should be passionate about Paris, its architecture and its neighbourhoods, and enthusiastic about providing a bespoke service while helping clients find their ideal property. The role offers initial and ongoing training, daily coaching during the first few months, regular training sessions, access to extensive property market tools and a professional network, and the freedom to organise working hours from home or the central Paris offices. Compensation is commission based, with up to 60% of the finder's fee and a half-yearly bonus.
