A global mobility and development program for associates, providing active participation in the daily working life of a host office, exposure to a wide range of clients and matters, and access to the host office's training and development opportunities. Participants are encouraged, where possible, to take LL.M. courses, external Executive Education programs or similar programs in the host jurisdiction. The program is open to associates who have been with the firm for at least two years. Location may be influenced by country interest, language ability, client business needs or practice group needs.
