Fully remote role managing a book of business, advising clients on tax strategies, performing tax planning, and preparing corporate and personal tax returns. Responsibilities include managing client relationships year-round, preparing federal, state, and local returns in UltraTax, helping clients manage estimated taxes, and conducting year-end tax planning. Applicants should be an EA or CPA with 4+ years of corporate and personal tax preparation experience, including MM LLC, S Corp, and C Corp returns. The role requires strong communication skills, comfort collaborating with clients and the team over Zoom and email, independent thinking, initiative, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience with UltraTax and QuickBooks is required. State and local tax expertise, bookkeeping experience, and tax planning experience are pluses. Most clients are based in the NYC area.
