Suggested fees for psychological services, excluding GST where applicable. The schedule applies from 1 July 2024 until 30 June 2025. Services include initial and subsequent consultations, psychological, clinical psychological and neuropsychological assessments, report preparation, case conferences, telephone consultations, travel time, family or other group services, attendance at court or legal briefings, and clinical file review and photocopying. Cancellation fee guidelines for a 46 to 60 minute service are: full fee with 0 to 24 hours notice, 50% of the fee with 24 to 48 hours notice, and 25% of the fee with 48 hours to 7 days notice. Fees and arrangements should be discussed with clients before commencing the professional relationship.
