Lead, motivate and empower self-employed Consultants and Team Developers to achieve success. Build affiliation across the district within Slimming World's values, culture and methods. Coach and develop Team Developers and Consultants through weekly calls, one-to-ones and observation. Shape and drive recruitment activities, deliver engaging training activities, attend regular Head Office training and National Field meetings, and lead the district to success.
