A 60-hour certification training program covering medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, infection control, EKG machine operation, 12-lead EKGs, rhythm and arrhythmia identification, strip analysis, pacemakers, Holter monitoring, cardiac stress testing, telemetry monitoring, career development, and national certification examination review. Includes qualified instructors, 24/7 instructor help and course mentoring, student and instructor collaboration, online healthcare content, pre- and post-assessments, online performance tracking, interactive labs, course videos, exercises, and animated simulations. Each student performs 5 EKGs before graduation. Prerequisite: high school diploma or equivalent. Exam, registration, and book fees are not included. Flexible class schedules are available.
