After a minimum of one year as an Associate, you may be considered for promotion to Senior Associate based on performance and the firm's needs. Senior Associates work independently on tasks with greater responsibility and complexity, contribute actively to their practice group, support Partners, and lead staff and clients. Expectations include leading teams on large matters, managing high-quality legal service delivery, leading and managing staff, implementing firm improvements, supporting staff wellbeing, balancing chargeable and non-chargeable time, exceeding targets, building the profile of the practice group and firm, promoting the firm to prospective employees, modelling work-life balance and taking part in leadership courses.
