Dare Therapy seeks fully licensed clinicians, including LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, PsyDs, and PhDs, as well as professionals specializing in experiential modalities, therapy, resilience training, mindfulness-based trauma therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and innovative therapeutic approaches. The role provides remote work in Massachusetts, flexible scheduling, client referrals, intake coordination, administrative and billing support, telehealth-enabled electronic health records, and a collaborative clinician-first environment. Candidates should be dedicated to empowering individuals, have experience or a strong interest in innovative therapeutic methods, provide informed and culturally sensitive care, serve diverse populations, uphold anti-racism and anti-oppression principles, and be eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
