The Vice President, Investments, Dispositions, is responsible for evaluating, preparing, and executing disposition opportunities across Blackstone's US Industrial Portfolio. The role serves as a primary point of contact for West region dispositions, represents Link to the brokerage community and broader marketplace, monitors transaction and leasing activity and regional market shifts, underwrites and prepares materials for potential dispositions, evaluates the disposition pipeline, and manages deal flow. Responsibilities include negotiating LOIs, access agreements, and purchase and sale agreements with counsel, leading deals through due diligence and closing, collaborating across markets and business units, and overseeing, mentoring, and developing junior staff. Qualifications include 10+ years of experience in investments or related fields, a preferred BA or BS in a relevant discipline, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus AE, strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and demonstrated experience leading real estate transactions through sourcing, negotiations, underwriting, marketing, due diligence, and closing.
