Ti Tree Food & Fodder Pty Ltd is seeking a Farm Support Assistant for daily operations at Oolloo Farm in the Northern Territory. Working under the guidance of the Owner and Farm Manager, the role involves observing personal and site safety, operating and servicing machinery, and contributing to the smooth operation of day to day farm activities. Responsibilities include shed and farm maintenance, routine mechanical work, record keeping, inventory control, shed and farm organisation, reporting, supervising when required, and assisting Caason Group operations. Applicants require over 2 years of farm experience, knowledge of farm safe work practices, reasonable mechanical knowledge, ideally including hay crop production, the ability to work independently, and the ability to live in a small community. A motor vehicle licence is required, while forklift, truck and machinery licences are desirable. An attractive salary package depending on experience and individual capacity, including on farm accommodation, is offered.
