Join high-end residential projects across the New York area, working closely with the site superintendent throughout the build process. Responsibilities include installing finish architectural trim and finished millwork, performing carpentry repairs, managing and delegating tasks to rough carpenters and helpers, constructing frameworks, using tools safely, maintaining organized work areas, and working with scaffolding and ladders. Requires expert construction and carpentry knowledge, at least 3 years of finish carpentry experience, familiarity with architectural floorplans and construction materials, strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and time management skills, availability for overtime, and ability to travel to jobsites with tools. OSHA 30 and OSHA or SST training are preferred. Salary range: $90,000 to $118,000.
