Brawn is offering a full-time role for an experienced waiter to join its growing team. The role involves working flexibly across the floor, pass section and bar, while providing a calm and organised approach. Floor staff are expected to be ambassadorial, passionate and creative, with a genuine interest in restaurant food and wine and a desire to educate themselves and others. Brawn provides training in each restaurant role and regular in-house tastings with the kitchen and wine suppliers. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar restaurant environment, although this is not always necessary for someone keen to learn with a genuine interest.
