Lightspeed Financial Services Group LLC is seeking a licensed Trading Operations Representative to join its Client Services team in a hybrid role near Morristown, New Jersey. The position supports active traders across equities, options, and futures markets, combining front-line client support with operational ownership and platform-related trade support. Responsibilities include supporting clients via Slack, email, and phone, assisting with trading platforms, order entry, account requests and trade support, supporting brokerage and trading operations, resolving client and operational issues, managing workflows, maintaining documentation, following compliance procedures, and contributing to process improvements. Candidates need at least 2 years of relevant brokerage, trading operations, or financial services client support experience, active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, and experience with equity, options, or futures trading. Series 57 is preferred or required within 90 days of hire. The role offers a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience, an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, insurance benefits, and paid time off.
