Baumschlager Eberle Hanoi is seeking a full-time Senior Interior Designer and Team Leader with strong management and design skills. The role leads projects and manages the interior design team, reporting to the Studio Manager. Responsibilities include developing and documenting interior concepts and space plans, producing visualisations, preparing design presentations and material boards, mentoring designers, coordinating design specifications and technical work, integrating client and project team input, and presenting designs to clients. Requirements include 8 or more years of interior design experience, at least 3 years in hospitality design, a relevant interior design degree, international project experience, a hospitality brand recommendation letter, fluent written and spoken English, knowledge of materials, finishes, millwork, FF&E and OS&E, strong specification writing and presentation skills, experience across all project phases including construction administration, and expertise in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud. Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software is preferred. The position offers biannual performance reviews and medical insurance.
