ico Design is looking for a well-rounded, detail-driven and strategically minded senior creative with a proven track record of creating compelling and effective brands. The role involves owning projects from understanding the brief through to concept generation and visual realisation linked to client goals, presenting confidently to clients, and responding to challenges and feedback. Applicants should have a passionate interest in design and contemporary culture, at least 8 years of design experience, a unique strategic and conceptual approach, a sensitive and modern visual sensibility, experience working with creative and account management teams, the ability to lead projects and direct junior team members, significant experience art-directing photographers and illustrators, confident communication skills, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and a positive, professional, motivated, collaborative, energetic and humble approach. ico is an empathetic creative studio with a supportive, collaborative working environment in Fitzrovia, central London.
