The Therapy Collective seeks an early-career licensed mental health clinician to provide integrative therapy and treatment for individuals and couples. The role provides care within an integrative model, maintains electronic medical records for scheduling and caseload communications, participates in weekly supervision and professional development, and engages with a collaborative community of psychotherapists. Applicants must hold an LMSW license in New York State, have 0 to 700 hours of post-licensure clinical experience, have appropriate remote telehealth conditions, be available for 25 client contact hours per week including two evenings or one weekend day, and have experience or strong interest in working with diverse client populations. Preferred qualifications include bilingual Mandarin and English or Korean and English fluency, cultural competency or lived experience with Third Culture Kids, Asian American, immigrant, and second-generation immigrant communities, couples therapy experience, commitment to serving BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, and training or experience in trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches.
