Join Momento Hospitality Group at The Australian Hotel & Brewery in Rouse Hill, NSW. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the end to end delivery of functions, handle enquiries, convert bookings, prepare quotes and proposals, achieve sales budgets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, grow the customer base, manage customer relationships, lead the functions team and liaise with venue leaders. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment, demonstrated experience managing functions and events, sales and networking experience, strong communication and organisational skills, a passion for customer service and hospitality, a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification, and experience leading a team. This full-time role requires some weekends and evenings.
