Lead the Design Team and provide top-level innovative design concepts. The role requires 7+ years in residential design, 1+ year of experience as a Senior Designer, proven people management experience, construction project management experience working with contractors, architects, and landscape architects, and experience with custom cabinetry, lighting, and furniture design from shop drawings through installation. Responsibilities and experience include selecting and specifying lighting, furnishings, hardware, floor and window coverings, materials, and finishes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is required. Studio Designer experience is a plus.
