Paid full-time summer internships are offered in multiple departments, including Capital Markets, Tax, Finance, Leasing, Property Operations, Investments, and Construction. Internships provide practical experience through training, networking, shadowing, and real life projects. Students work closely with senior leaders and most internships rotate through different functional areas. Positions are based in various office locations, including Jacksonville, Florida, Bethesda, Maryland, Dallas, Texas, and Los Angeles, California, and last approximately 8 to 9 weeks, starting in late May or early June.
