Manage the day-to-day salon operations, including emails, phone calls, the booking system, stock take and stock replenishment. The role includes being a key holder, helping deliver the customer journey, working as part of the salon team, maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards, helping manage internal events and group bookings, and supporting the marketing team with nail art menus and content. Candidates should have attention to detail, previous experience in administration, retail or hospitality, be friendly and kind, enjoy providing good customer service, communicate easily and positively impact others.
