Pershing Square Therapy is seeking associate pre-licensed clinicians registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The role can be hybrid in Los Angeles or fully remote in California. Candidates should have experience working with LGBTQIA+ communities, at least 1,000 clinical hours or 1.5 years of clinical experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be willing to see at least 10 clients per week, including adolescents, adults, and couples. Clinicians must commit to staying until licensure and be responsible, self-directed, organized, and interested in learning and growing. The position offers W-2 employment with $21 per hour base pay plus 30% commission of session fees, a flexible schedule, remote and office work options, weekly supervision with Alo Johnston, LMFT, and client referrals and marketing support including a paid Psychology Today subscription.
