A 24-month graduate program beginning every February, designed to provide exposure to different areas of the industry through rotations across Spatial Insights and Solutions, Engineering Survey, Consulting and Advisory, and Property Survey. Graduates work alongside industry recognised leaders on projects, receive mentoring from a senior leader and support from a graduate buddy, and participate in networking and learning and development opportunities. Training covers technical skills, business knowledge, education and personal development, including health, safety, environment and quality, commercial understanding, client conversations, communication, project management, strategy and winning work, personal branding, productivity and resilience.
