Prepared is hiring a senior lawyer with 5 or more years PAE to autonomously run residential conveyancing matters, including contract reviews, negotiations, exchanges and settlements, train and support junior lawyers, quality-assure work, improve workflows and precedents, and handle complex matters and escalations. Applicants must be eligible for or hold an unrestricted practising certificate and have at least 5 years of relevant end-to-end conveyancing experience. The role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with 2 days available as work from home, and is based on-site in Richmond, Victoria. Salary starts at $130,000 inclusive of superannuation, with higher ranges negotiable in line with experience and role.
