Plan and lead pod installations, coordinate trades, conduct pre-site inspections, troubleshoot technical and logistical issues, manage a national subcontractor and trades network, oversee materials ordering and suppliers, train installation crews, establish quality assurance processes, lead post-installation inspections and rectification works, and provide buildability insights to product development. Applicants should have solid residential, commercial or modular construction experience, strong hands-on build knowledge, experience leading trades and crews, knowledge of construction methods and relevant building codes, confidence managing materials and suppliers, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel regularly across Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
