Work in a multidisciplinary team within Monash Community, providing support for children with injury, illness, developmental delay or disability. The role includes operational and clinical work at community sites and in clients' homes, outreach in schools, kindergartens and early learning centres, community engagement at playgrounds, sporting fields, community centres and gyms, education sessions for participants and their families or guardians, health coaching, and evidence-based interventions.
