Candidates should have a very good degree or Master's degree in engineering, economics, natural sciences or a comparable qualification, an interest in energy industry research and consulting, analytical skills, motivation to learn new topics, an independent and open personality, a team-oriented approach, creativity and a sense of responsibility.
