EDENS' Financial Management Program offers the opportunity to develop superior analytical skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Analysts receive extensive training through hands-on financial modeling sessions and real estate and finance training classes. Typical responsibilities include valuation analyses for acquisitions, development opportunities and joint venture partnership structuring, participating in equity and debt capital raising transactions, preparing research and presentation materials, helping execute business plans, analyzing real estate data, and analyzing public or private M&A and large real estate portfolio transactions. The program is based at EDENS' regional headquarters in Columbia, South Carolina, with assignments or subsequent associate placement potentially available in Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Miami and Washington, DC.
