Support hands-on event operations for Waterloo Greenway and Moody Amphitheater, including front of house and back of house setup and teardown, concert chair and signage installation, tent setup, asset storage, preventive maintenance, venue production needs, and opening and closing duties. Work with Operations Leads and the Venue Logistics Supervisor to complete event builds efficiently, maintain facility equipment, follow Waterloo Greenway policies and safety requirements, and provide a safe and enjoyable facility for guests and employees. The role requires outdoor physical labor, lifting at least 50 pounds consistently, and working weekends, evenings, and holidays according to the event calendar. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED and relevant work experience, and be able to work effectively in a team. Experience in event operations, facility maintenance, or operating heavy machinery is preferred.
