Comp-Utility is seeking an entrepreneurial sales leader to drive new business across its product and professional services lines. The role sells turnkey data center infrastructure solutions, including power and cooling systems, structured cabling, and raised floor installations, and leads opportunities from initial customer engagement through RFP response, technical scoping, and contract award. Post-sale, the Director oversees implementation with project delivery teams and remains accountable for customer success, scope, schedule, budget, and deal-level financial performance through commissioning. Responsibilities include building opportunity pipelines, developing account strategies, partnering with engineering on scopes and proposals, leading RFP responses, representing Comp-Utility at industry events and customer visits, and sourcing new opportunities. Candidates should have 5+ years of business development, technical sales, or account management experience in mission-critical infrastructure, data center, or industrial services, a record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas, the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, strong communication skills, experience managing customer relationships through implementation, familiarity with data center power and cooling equipment, and comfort working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
