Lead one of five four-week dance residencies from January through May 2026 at The Young Women’s Leadership School of Staten Island. Teach weekly classes to 6th through 9th grade students, leading groups of 20 to 30 girls and gender-expansive youth through varied dance styles, vocabulary, and choreography. Responsibilities include lesson planning and collaborating with students and the Arts Ignite team to build a curriculum centered around a specific dance style. Workshops also focus on positive peer relationships and the core skills of creativity, confidence, collaboration, and communication. A background check and agreement to the Arts Ignite child safeguarding policy are required for final job placement.
