A video consultation with a doctor, who may ask about your medical history and view the affected area if appropriate. Intimate areas are not examined during the video consultation. The doctor will assess your information and may prescribe the required treatment. Payment is requested at the end of booking, followed by a booking confirmation email and a link to the video consultation. Consultations can be accessed using an iPhone, iPad, Android device, laptop, desktop or PC.
