Designs, develops, maintains and supports trading applications and platforms. Responsibilities include working with traders and quantitative researchers, implementing algorithms in line with regulations, monitoring and automating infrastructure, assisting users, conducting root cause and P&L analysis, mentoring staff, leading cross-functional initiatives, and coordinating with Market Access, IT Infrastructure, Operations and Compliance teams. Requires a master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering or a related field and five years of experience with C++ standards, BOOST C++ libraries and finance or software development. Also requires three years of experience with Python, Oracle PL/SQL, Java with Spring Boot or WildFly, low-latency distributed systems, financial product performance, and custom index replication or option Greeks. Located at 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019. Telecommuting is permitted 20%. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, 40 hours per week. Salary is $189,592 to $210,000 annually.
