Lead the development, implementation and optimization of machine translation and AI technologies for localization workflows. Duties include driving AI and MT adoption, implementing AI and MT tools, building and deploying machine learning and NLP models, fine-tuning MT engines, optimizing pre-translation workflows, advising teams and clients, evaluating MT engines, benchmarking LLMs and AI tools, designing scalable evaluation processes, improving MT performance, creating documentation and training, and monitoring emerging technologies. Requires 5+ years of localization or technology experience, including 1 to 3 years focused on machine translation, AI or NLP, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, localization workflow knowledge, Python and NLP or machine learning library experience, strong problem-solving skills, independent work habits, collaboration skills, and English fluency. Familiarity with multiple language pairs and additional languages is advantageous.
