Provide a full range of professional, technical and general support to the Bank's business banking clients. The full-time associate program provides specialized training and hands-on mentorship from experienced commercial banking leaders. Requirements include a bachelor's degree with coursework in economics, finance, accounting or a related field from an accredited college, a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5, computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheet software, excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
