Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, handle reservations and use customer service, communication, sales, IT, and property management software skills to support guest experiences and maximise hotel occupancy. Responsibilities include selling reservations, gathering client information, developing sales strategies, managing enquiries and guest requests, processing accommodation reservations, confirming reservation details, administering guest requirements, updating and reconciling guest accounts, and processing night auditing. Other duties may be assigned within the scope of the role.
