Coordinate and deliver the TAC-funded MIC Passenger Support Initiative for newly arrived migrants and refugees across Melbourne's eastern region. Responsibilities include project planning across four program cycles and five local government areas, venue and online session logistics, translated content and resource management, participant recruitment and referrals, bicultural worker and interpreter scheduling, stakeholder and volunteer coordination, monitoring and evaluation, reporting to TAC, and compliance with Victorian Child Safe Standards. Essential requirements include relevant qualifications or experience in community development, health promotion, social work or a related field; experience coordinating community education programs and managing projects; cultural competency when working with diverse migrant and refugee communities; stakeholder engagement skills; monitoring and evaluation experience; strong communication, outreach and computer skills; and a current Victorian Driver Licence. The position is part-time and fixed term, comprising 250 hours worked flexibly across 40 school-term weeks from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027. Applications close 23 August 2026.
