Some first-time appointments with significant or very hard earwax may require ear softener and a follow-up appointment in 1 to 2 weeks, provided at a 50% discount. A hearing test, GP review, medical treatment or referral to an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist may be recommended if the issue appears to be more than earwax.
