Includes coordinating tenders and contract negotiation through to awarding the building contract, administering the building contract during construction, answering builder's queries, coordinating client supply items, regular site inspections, site meeting minutes, assessing builder's progress claims, preparing progress certificates, assessing variations and extension of time claims, reporting to the client, resolving details and changes during construction, keeping detailed records of correspondence, and defects inspections on completion.
