Full-time role supporting attorneys on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters. Responsibilities include managing closing checklists, drafting and reviewing agreements, preparing exhibits and closing instructions, coordinating closings and settlement statements, reviewing title and zoning materials, preparing leases and amendments, handling entity formation and filings, preparing signature packets, filing UCC financing statements, following up on recorded documents, and organizing closing binders. The role requires five or more years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm, a strong real estate finance or purchase and sale background, California statutory paralegal qualifications, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a California Notary Public commission or ability to obtain one within six months. Compensation is $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. The position is located in San Francisco.
